The Evolution of GARM: Expansion to The Bahamas

Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Terry decided to funnel his decades of accumulated clinical knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm into creating advanced, less invasive methods of treatment. This led to the establishment of the GARM Clinic in Roatán in 2013, where he developed proprietary treatment protocols designed around individual clinical findings to dramatically improve patient outcomes. Why Roatán? Dr. Terry has had a home in Roatán since 2010, and now calls Roatán, Bay Islands, Honduras, his home.Never wavering from his original vision, Dr. Terry’s core mission remains simple: to improve the quality of life for patients, one patient at a time, using safe and effective regenerative treatments. This patient-first philosophy is perfectly captured by one of his defining phrases, "It may be many hours and days of our time, but this is the rest of the patient's life, so we all give 110% for as long as it takes."To further expand access to these safe, life-changing therapies for patients seeking cutting-edge medical alternatives, Dr. Terry founded GARM Bahamas. This expansion marks the next chapter in GARM's evolution, continuing to attract leading global physicians and surgeons across multiple disciplines who share Dr. Terry's unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and individualized patient care.
