Arvind Chakravarthy, M.D., M.B.A.

GARM Chief Longevity Officer

Dr. Arvind Chakravarthy is a physician, entrepreneur, and longevity strategist dedicated to advancing the next evolution of healthcare through Medicine 4.0—a proactive, precision-based approach focused on optimizing human biology before disease develops. As Chief Longevity officer of GARM, he leads a physician-driven biotechnology and education platform advancing regenerative medicine, longevity science, Quantum Cell Factors™, Cell Signalomics™, precision diagnostics, and biologically based therapeutics.

Drawing upon his clinical experience, business training, and passion for innovation, Dr. Chakravarthy developed the Five Pillars of Health, an integrated framework that combines foundational lifestyle optimization, precision diagnostics, regenerative cell signaling therapies, hormonal and metabolic optimization, and continuous longitudinal health monitoring. Central to this philosophy is the belief that restoring cellular communication—not simply treating symptoms—is fundamental to extending both lifespan and healthspan.

Dr. Chakravarthy is a pioneer in the emerging field of Cell Signalomics™, the study and clinical application of cellular communication networks that regulate repair, regeneration, resilience, and healthy aging. His work with Quantum Cell Factors™ focuses on leveraging naturally derived biological signaling molecules to support the body’s intrinsic regenerative capacity while helping bridge cutting-edge scientific discovery with practical clinical application.

Holding both an MD and an MBA, Dr. Chakravarthy combines scientific expertise with strategic business leadership to build scalable healthcare ecosystems that unite biotechnology, physician education, artificial intelligence, clinical care, and consumer wellness. Through physician training, scientific advisory roles, international collaborations, and educational platforms, he is committed to empowering providers and individuals alike with evidence-informed regenerative and longevity medicine.

His long-term vision is to establish GARM as one of the world’s leading physician-led platforms for regenerative medicine and longevity—transforming healthcare from reactive disease management to proactive biological optimization through innovation, education, and scientific excellence.
