About Dr. Glenn C. Terry
Founder of the GARM Clinic, Dr. Glenn C. Terry is a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine innovator. With a career spanning more than four decades, Dr. Terry has shaped the global field of orthopedic sports medicine through groundbreaking surgical techniques, elite athletic care, and a relentless dedication to advancing biologic healing and functional recovery.
Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship-trained in sports medicine, Dr. Terry spent much of his career at the prestigious Hughston Clinic, where he became internationally recognized for his pioneering work on knee and shoulder biomechanics, complex ligament reconstruction, and performance-based rehabilitation. His research has been published in leading journals, and he has lectured across six continents on knee instability, shoulder repair, and advanced biologics.
Dr. Terry served as Team Physician for the U.S. Olympic Team (Atlanta, 1996) and held leadership roles in athlete care at multiple Olympic Games. He has also led clinical research in collaboration with institutions such as Auburn University and Tulane Medical School and contributed to the development of novel biologic implants and surgical tools.

Dr. William R. “Roddy” McGee is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained sports medicine specialist with a career devoted to helping patients—from professional athletes to active individuals—overcome injury, restore performance, and return to life without limitations. At GARM Clinic, he leads our orthopedic and sports medicine division with a unique blend of surgical precision, regenerative expertise, and a deep understanding of high-performance recovery.
A former collegiate baseball player at the University of Utah, Dr. McGee brings firsthand knowledge of the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency through Midwestern University and a prestigious fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute under renowned sports surgeon Dr. Lawrence Lemak. Dr. McGee has served as team physician for the Vegas Knight Hawks, UFC athletes, the College of Southern Nevada, and the National Finals Rodeo, among others.
He is widely published in peer-reviewed journals on ACL, UCL, and Achilles repair techniques—often pioneering the use of biologic augmentation to accelerate healing. As a Research Director and Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Touro University, Dr. McGee is also deeply committed to advancing evidence-based care.

He specializes in non-surgical solutions for back and neck pain, including disc injuries, nerve compression, and degenerative spine conditions. His mission: to help patients avoid unnecessary surgery, restore mobility, and reclaim quality of life through leading-edge, personalized care.
Dr. Tucker earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he also served as Assistant Professor. He is a published author in The Journal of Clinical Anesthesia, and has presented nationally on pain management innovations.
